Camber Lands $135M US Air Force Simulation-Based Training Contract; Jim Brabston Comments


CamberCamber Corp. has been awarded a five-year, $135 million contract to develop a simulation-based training environment for the U.S. Air Force.

The company will deliver M&S/live, virtual and constructive operational and technical services to the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation, Camber said Monday.

“We are excited and prepared to support the Air Force in this important initiative to transition to, and sustain a fully integrated LVC environment in support of its operational training requirements, ” said Jim Brabston, Camber president and chief operating officer.

“We have assembled a talented team of M&S domain experts to address the Air Force’s modeling and simulation mission needs and we look forward to continuing to support the evolving LVC community with tested and innovative M&S techniques and capabilities, ” added Brabston.
