BAE-Rockwell Collins JV to Provide US, Allied Forces Advanced Military Comms


ContractTYSONS CORNER, VA August 14, 2015 — Data Link Solutions, a joint venture of BAE Systems and Rockwell Collins, has been awarded a $18.3 million contract to manufacture MIDS low volume terminals for the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Air National Guard and allied forces.

Rockwell Collins said Wednesday the MIDS-LVT works to provide Link 16-level situational awareness data and voice communications in support of the coalition’s mission requirements.
