Air Force Awards $950M Architect-Engineering Services Contract to 3 Firms


construction-blueprints-designThe U.S. Air Force has awarded three companies positions on a potential seven-year, $950 million contract to perform architect-engineering tasks in support of military construction, family housing, sustainment, restoration and modernization projects.

A total of 83 offers were submitted to the Air Force’s 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron for the contract through a competitive procurement, the Defense Department said Friday.

Work covers Title I, Title II and associated architect-engineering support for the Air Force’s civil engineer center and will take place at multiple government sites in the U.S. and abroad.

The military branch will obligate $9, 000 at the time of award from fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds and contractors are scheduled to complete work on Aug. 27, 2022.

The awardees are:

  • Baker-Stanley-Cardno joint venture
  • Merrick-Atkins joint venture
  • Parsons Government Services
