Marianne Meins Named Parsons National Security Division BD Manager; Mary Ann Hopkins Comments

Marianne Meins, a more than 25-year national security veteran, has joined Parsons as a corporate vice president and manager of business development at the national security division within the company’s government services unit.

“Her extensive background leading business development initiatives and depth of knowledge of both the political and technological aspects of national security will be valuable assets as we pursue new work in this market, ” Mary Ann Hopkins, a Parsons group president and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 list for 2015, said Tuesday.

Meins’ career includes executive roles such as president of federal systems at Haystax Technology and president of Agilex‘s intelligence-defense sector.

She also held senior VP and VP titles at Secure Mission Solutions and also worked at Sim-G Technologies,  Olive Group and General Dynamics (NYSE: GD).

Parsons also cited her technical experience in the cybersecurity, information assurance, decision support, engineering, modeling and simulation areas.
