Harris Lands Targeting Upgrade Work on Navy, Australia Aircraft


HARRISTYSONS CORNER, VA July 28, 2015 — Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) will develop avionics components for integration into EA-18G Growler and F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet aircraft for the U.S. Navy and the Australian air force, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The work comes under a two-year, $29 million contract and is designed to elevate the jets’ targeting and electronic warfare capabilities, Harris said Tuesday.
