Defense Logistics Agency Energy in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, received eight proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts, the Defense Department said Thursday.
Work will occur in Hawaii, Texas, California, Alaska and Washington through Oct. 30, 2015.
The awardees are:

- Dyno Oil and Electric won $30, 920, 084
- Hawaii Independent Energy won $40, 322, 588
- Petro Star won $30, 345, 213
- Valero Marketing and Supply Co. won $34, 485, 300
- Western Refining Co. LP won $30, 891, 600
DLA is using fiscal 2015 defense working capital funds for the fixed-price contracts.
