Richard Montoni: Maximus Project Hope Donation Targets Nepal Medicine Relief

TYSONS CORNER, VA June 11, 2015 — GovCon Executive reported Tuesday on Maximus (NYSE: MMS) Foundation donating $29, 000 to Project Hope to help fund the nonprofit’s disaster relief efforts in earthquake-hit Nepal.

Project Hope officials indicated they were able to send $7 million worth of medicines and supplies to the devastated region, thanks to the foundation and other partners.

“All of us at Maximus want to do our part to give Nepal’s hospitals and healthcare professionals the resources they need to care for families affected by this crisis, ” Maximus CEO Richard Montoni, an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2015, said Tuesday.
