General Dynamics Electric Boat Secures $46M Navy Sub Maintenance Planning Contract


general dynamics logoTYSONS CORNER, VA June 2, 2015 — ExecutiveBiz reported Monday on General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) Electric Boat securing $46.4 million U.S. Navy contract to help plan the maintenance and modernization work on the Los Angeles-class USS Montpelier nuclear-powered submarine.

The work, with a potential to reach $259.6 million if all options are exercised, will occur at Groton shipyard through February 2018, the company said Friday.
