The recompete blanket purchase agreement has a base period of performance of one year and four one-year options, and includes work on all Energy Star label and residential programs in administration and integrity support, technical and market research development, and stakeholder marketing and outreach, ICF said Tuesday.

“ICF has successfully supported Energy Star since its inception in 1992, ” said Paul Vrabel, vice president for ICF International.

“We are very proud of this legacy and… look forward to working with EPA to identify the next level of energy saving products and homes which will enable Americans to further reduce their energy consumption and resultant emissions.”
