He will be responsible for the companyâs federal business development initiatives in cybersecurity, ICF said Tuesday.

The 20-year systems engineering, program management and business development veteran most recently led BAE Systemsâ sales and marketing activities and cyber growth campaign strategies.
He also served as director of business development at Raytheon (NYSE: RTN), where he oversaw the development of technologies, systems and services for the U.S. government, international and commercial clients.
