Northrop Awarded $99M Minuteman Safety Checks Contract


northrop Grumman_BLUETYSONS CORNER, VA May 13, 2015 — Executive Mosaic — ExecutiveBiz reported Monday on Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) being awarded a $99 million contract to perform nuclear safety checks on Minuteman III hardware and software for the U.S. Air Force.

Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Hill Air Force Base is the contracting activity for the work to be performed in Utah and California through 2020, the Defense Department said Thursday.
