Gulfstream President Larry Flynn to Retire; General Dynamics’ Phebe Novakovic Comments


general dynamics logoLarry Flynn, president of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) subsidiary Gulfstream Aerospace, will retire from his role by the end of June.

“Larry Flynn has made significant contributions to General Dynamics and Gulfstream during his long career, most recently with the introduction of three new aircraft in 2014, “ Phebe Novakovic, General Dynamics chairman and CEO, said in a statement released Friday.

Mark Burns, president of product support for Gulfstream, will take the role of president on July 1.

He joined the company in 1983 and has held leadership roles with the product support, customer support and completions engineering organizations.
