He succeeded Gale Smith to the post on April 1, the company said Thursday.
Voellger was in charge of managing the firmâs work for defense organizations, including the U.S. Transportation Command and the Air Force Network Integration Center, prior to assuming his current role.
He also supervised business capture, employment, and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations.
Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2002, Voellger served as major general and deputy assistant at the U.S. Air Force.
