Constellis, Olive Group to Merge in Security Business Strategy

acquisitionConstellis Group has agreed to merge with Olive Group in a bid to grow both companies’ risk management, security and managed support service offerings in the global commercial market.

Olive Group employs approximately 5, 000 workers in 20 countries and will be integrated into Constellis’ family of companies once the deal completes, Constellis said Thursday.

Chris St. George, co-founder and chairman of Olive Group, said he believes the transaction would allow the company to further help clients manage personnel safety, investment and compliance risks.

Chris and his brother David will join Constellis as members of its board of directors.

The Constellis Group includes Academi, Edinburgh International, Strategic Social and Triple Canopy and provides advisory, security, training and managed support services to public and private sector organizations.
