In his SVP role, Robbins oversees Cisco’s global sales and partner team and the company says he helped to execute the company’s partner program, which generates more than $40 billion in annual revenue at present.

Robbins developed Cisco’s commercial business segment strategy that led to the business’ 8 percent year-over-year growth in the last quarter.

Chambers, who has served as CEO of Cisco since 1995, will support Robbins and collaborate with customers and governments worldwide in digitization projects.
