Lockheed Awarded $150M to Test, Field F-35 Mission Data Files


F35Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has received a $150, 609, 953 contract modification from the U.S. Navy to develop, test and deploy mission data files of the F-35 fighter jet for Australia and the U.K.

The company will carry out the task in Fort Worth, Texas through December 2018, the Defense Department said Thursday.

Australia and the U.K. will pay $82, 885, 335 and $67, 724, 618, respectively,  for the contract.
