Eren Ozmen, Sierra Nevada president, said Thursday that Kutta holds 15 years market experience and will add a range of technical offerings to Sierra Nevada’s unmanned technology portfolio through the acquisition.
Kutta offers C2, visualization, communication, airspace deconfliction and unmanned-manned teaming platforms that are designed to comply with U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and NATO standards.
The business will operate as a wholly owned Sierra Nevada subsidiary and provide support to the company’s integrated missions systems business area.
