SAIC Heads Constellation West’s Technical Advisory Team for USStratcom Missions; Mark Escobar Comments

Constellation West selected the McLean-based technology integrator to head its advisory and assistance services team for the project under the USStratcom Systems and Missions Support III program.

“Our previous work [with USStratcom] spanned more than 50 task orders and included strategic deterrence, satcom, modeling and simulation, software and web applications development, and combatting weapons of mass destruction, ” Mark Escobar, senior vice president and general manager of the Defense Department agencies and commands customer group, said Thursday.
