Executive Mosaic, Tysons Corner, VA March 4, 2015 â Sean Stackley, U.S. Navy assistant secretary for research, development and acquisition, has been chosen to be among this yearâs Wash100 most influential leaders in GovCon for his leadership role in the R&D and military procurement space.

Stackley has been leading the Navy and Marine Corpâs research and acquisition arm for warfare systems since 2008, bringing specialties in engineering, defense procurement and program management.
He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and from 2001 -2005 served as the Navy’s  LPD-17 program manager.
