Jason Juranek, formerly vice president and chief financial officer of Harris Corp.‘s (NYSE: HRS) Harris CapRock Communications division, has joined Globecomm Systems as CFO and will report to CEO Keith Hall.
Globecomm said Monday Juranek holds more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership and operations, channel partner management, mergers and acquisitions and related disciplines.
“He knows the business and will provide the kind of skilled leadership that empowers our engineering and technology professionals to grow the business, ” Hall said.
Juranek has also served as strategic growth officer, integration executive and VP of finance and treasury at Harris CapRock.
He has held other financial management roles at Vangent, General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) and DynCorp International (NYSE: DCP).
