Executive Mosaic, Tysons Corner, VA March 2, 2015 â Steve Schooner, co-director of the government procurement law program at George Washington University, has been inducted into the 2015 Wash100 list of the most influential leaders in GovCon for his thought leadership in industry.

Schooner is a retired U.S. Army reserve and held key roles in procurement law administration within federal government prior to joining the GWU Law School faculty in 1998.
He was associate administrator for procurement law and legislation at the Office of Federal Procurement Policy and was a litigator with the Justice Department.
