The two-decade industry veteran will work to help the company grow its cyber business line and establish a cyber solutions center, Parsons said Tuesday.
Lacombe came to Parsons in April 2014 following its acquisition of Secure Mission Solutions, which he helped found and led as a president.
âPhil is a leader in critical infrastructure protection, and we are excited to merge his converged security vision with Parsonsâ mission to deliver, sustain and protect infrastructure, security, defense and industrial solutions for our customers worldwide, ” said Parsons Group President Mary Ann Hopkins, a Wash100 winner.
He also served in leadership roles at Olive Group, Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and General Dynamics (NYSE: GD).
Lacombe directed a presidential commission on critical infrastructure protection in Washington before he joined the private sector.
