IT Firm iNovex Acquires Mercury Systems’ Intell Analytics Business

acquisitionINovex Information Systems has bought the intelligence analytics business of Mercury Systems for an undisclosed amount in a move aimed at growing iNovex’s customer base and market presence.

BB&T Capital Markets/Windsor Group acted as the financial adviser to Mercury Systems on the transaction, BB&T Capital Markets said.

Maryland-based iNovex offers information technology services to government and commercial organizations and seeks to establish a greater presence in Colorado with the acquisition of Mercury Intelligence Systems.

Mercury Intelligence Systems maintains a portfolio of big data, cloud infrastructure and predictive analytics offerings and has changed its name to iNapogee Information Systems following the purchase.
