WBB, SAIC, Metron Win Spots on $180M Navy Contract


ContractThe U.S. Navy has awarded Whitney Bradley & Brown, Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and Metron positions to compete for task orders under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract worth $180.5 million.

The Defense Department said Dec. 29 that the contract includes warfare, campaign and mission-level analyses and assessments, modeling and simulation, and support for documentation and management.

WBB, SAIC and Metron will perform work at facilities in Arlington, McLean and Reston in Virginia through December 2019.

The obligated amount of $50, 000 for each contractor is from fiscal 2015 Navy operations and maintenance funds.
