The company said Thursday Barthlow will oversee the segment’s market expansion and partnerships and support its secure communications portfolio through the recently acquired DTECH Labs.
“This appointment is important for Cubic’s future success as we commit to expanding our presence in the C4ISR market, enhancing our customer engagement and creating a wider portfolio of innovative capabilities, ” said Mike Twyman, senior vice president for the communications and ISR division at Cubic Defense Applications.
Barthlow also brings industry experience in sales and program management and previously worked at Harris (NYSE: HRS), Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and Gilat Satellite Networks.
He is a retired U.S. Marine Corps officer and recipient of the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
