Mathew Tyler Joins Granite Construction as Federal Division SVP; Christopher Miller Comments

Mathew Tyler, formerly senior vice president and director of design-build services at CH2M Hill Constructors Inc., has joined Granite Construction‘s (NYSE: GVA) federal division as SVP.

He will report to Christopher Miller, executive VP and chief operating officer, and be responsible for Granite’s efforts to grow the company’s federal division projects and services, Granite Construction said Friday.

“In addition to his extensive experience in the construction industry, Matt brings a deep appreciation and understanding of our federal customers and the strategies necessary to grow this area of our business, ” said Miller.

Tyler worked for 20 years at CH2M Hill before he joined Granite Construction.

The 30-year industry veteran is recognized for his works on project management, business development, design-build construction, project delivery and financial management.
