Gary Ferrera, formerly chief financial officer at Intrawest Resort Holdings (NYSE: SNOW), will join DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI) on Mar. 9 as executive vice president and CFO.
Interim CFO Fred Graffam will continue in this role and assume full-time duties as vice president for financial planning and analysis in March,  DigitalGlobe said Wednesday.
Jeffrey Tarr,  DigitalGlobe CEO, said Ferrera brings CFO-level experience from technology and information businesses to DigitalGlobe.
Ferrera previously served as CFO at Great Wolf Resorts and National CineMedia (NASDAQ: NCMI).
He has held investment banking positions at Bear Stearns and Citigroup, worked as an international tax consultant at Arthur Andersen and served in the U.S. Army.
