Dynetics Awarded $172M to Support DIA’s Missile, Space Intell Center


DyneticsThe Defense Intelligence Agency has awarded Dynetics a potential five-year, $172 million contract to provide scientific and technical services to the Missile and Space Intelligence Center at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama.

Work is scheduled to occur through January 2020, and DIA will obligate funds for individual task orders as they are awarded, the Defense Department said Friday.

DIA’s Missile and Space Intelligence Center is built to analyze and produce information about foreign missile defense systems, space technology, directed energy weapons and C4 infrastructure.

The facility works to gather intelligence from multiple sources and deliver collected data to the DoD, FBI and other U.S. government agencies.
