Bridge Growth Partners Closes CRGT Purchase: Alok Singh Comments


CRGTNew York City-based private equity firm Bridge Growth Partners has completed its acquisition of a majority ownership stake in data analytics and cybersecurity contractor CRGT from Veritas Capital.

“The federal IT services sector represents fertile ground for agile software development, big data, and cybersecurity, ” Alok Singh, co‐founder and managing principal at Bridge Growth Partners, said Friday.

As previously reported on GovCon Wire, Veritas will hold a minority stake in CRGT.

Reston, Va.-based CRGT provides agile software development, data analytics and cybersecurity services to federal agencies.

Bridge Growth Partners and CRGT did not disclose the terms of the deal but the Wall Street Journal has pegged the transaction’s value at $225 million.
