Bill Milligan Appointed CFO at Capstone; Rich White Comments

Bill Milligan, a three-decade financial management veteran and holder of the chief financial officer roles at companies over two decades,  has joined Alexandria, Virginia-based Capstone as CFO.

Capstone said Friday Milligan is a former CFO from software, information technology and professional services companies such as FCi Federal, Blue Canopy and High Performance Technologies.

Rich White, CEO at Capstone, said the company appointed Milligan as part a push “to be technology, solutions and services leader in our markets.”

Milligan’s background includes work in accounting, pricing, tax and sell-side mergers and acquisitions.

He has served as CFO at Anystream and MRJ Technology Solutions, corporate controller at ERC International and in audit and finance roles at Amtrak and Vinnell.
