MICC-West Point said in a notice posted Nov. 17 on FedBizOpps that the biometric authentication system would support the desktop and mobile Active Authentication program of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
The potential contract will also cover technical support or subject-matter expertise on behavior-based biometric functions.
The notice indicated that the API should include a secure container for sensors and applications, sensor data fusion tools, cryptographic tools and protocols and support for data collection from Active Authentication sensors.
MICC-West Point expects the future contract to run through the end of July 2015.
