Rich Bristow: Cubic to Continue Supporting Army Personnel Training Programs


CubicLogoCubic (NYSE: CUB) has received four task orders worth $9.63 million combined to help the U.S. Army develop instructional methods and tools intended to prepare current and future warfighters.

The company’s applications business will provide educational technology and training management services to the branch’s Mission Command Center of Excellence, Command and General Staff College and Fires Center of Excellence, Cubic said Thursday.

The contracts were awarded by the Army Combined Arms Center at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and each order contains 12 base months and two option years.

Rich Bristow, senior vice president and general manager of Cubic’s operations support and education group, said the organization has supported U.S. military training programs for more than 20 years.

Don Craig, a Cubic program manager, will lead the group in performing the work, which is scheduled to be completed in September 2017.
