Joe Armstrong, formerly chief financial officer of Intelligent Decisions Inc., has been named president of the company, the Washington Business Journal reported Monday.
Jill Aitoro writes Armstrong succeeds Harry Martin, who has led Intelligent Decisions since 1988.
Armstrong most recently oversaw the technology contractor’s effort to align its fiscal duties with its strategic objectives.
He previously served as vice president and treasurer of Multi-Finance Holding Corp.
