Diane Wilfong Named CSC VP, Controller, Lead Accountant; Paul Saleh Comments


CSC logo_GovConWireDiane Wilfong – former senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer at Caesars Entertainment — has joined Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC) to serve as VP, controller and principal accounting officer.

CSC said Wednesday Wilfong will succeed Michael Sweeney as controller and report directly to Paul Saleh, executive VP and chief financial officer.

“[Wilfong’s] deep financial expertise – coupled with her significant operational experience – makes her an ideal fit as we continue our transformation journey at CSC, ” said Saleh.

Wilfong, a certified public accountant, will oversee its compliance, reporting and technical accounting activities as the company continues work to build on its IT portfolio.

She previously worked on taxation, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and financial transformation at Caesars and in operational and financial leadership roles at Eastman Kodak Company.
