BAE Wraps Up Signal Innovations Group Buy; DeEtte Gray Comments

BAE Systems has finalized its purchase of Signal Innovations Group, an analytics and imaging platform supplier to the intelligence and defense industries.

The companies seek to unify their technology offerings to help customers gain strategic and tactical insights, DeEtte Gray, president of BAE’s intelligence and security business, said Tuesday.

“Together, we also have the potential to leverage our capabilities and bring this technology to a number of innovative commercial applications in an affordable way, ” Gray added.

Durham, North Carolina-based Signal Innovations Group has supplied wide area motion imagery, full motion video and multi-INT analytics products to BAE under security and intelligence projects.
