Lynne Seitz Named TCS Safety & Security Group SVP, GM; Richard Young Comments

Lynne-SeitzLynne Seitz, formerly vice president of TeleCommunication Systems‘ (NASDAQ: TSYS) location products business unit, has been promoted to senior VP and general manager of the company’s safety and security group.

The 17-year telecommunications industry veteran most recently led TCS’ mobile positioning, infrastructure, satellite reference and location request routing services, the company said Tuesday.

“Under her guidance, our safety and security group will continue to work side-by-side with our technology partners and public safety customers to advance emergency communications for the benefit of all communities nationwide, ” said Richard Young, TCS executive VP and chief operating officer.

She served in TCS’ resource, product and project management and customer support areas prior to her location products marketing position at the company.

Seitz held leadership roles in product development, network operations, network and system engineering and program management in the telecommunications industry before she joined TCS.
