John Heller: PAE-Parsons JV Wins $532M to Continue Joint Military Base Support in Guam

A PAE–Parsons joint venture has been awarded a potential eight-year, $532 million contract to continue supporting base operations of the U.S. Navy and Air Force in Guam.

DZSP 21 will help manage ports, ordnance, water and wastewater plants, galleys, and utility distribution systems at the Joint Region Marianas installation, Parsons said Thursday.

John Heller, PAE’s CEO, said DZSP 21 has supported military operations in Guam and the Marianas Islands over the past 10 years.

The venture will also provide facilities maintenance, engineering, restoration, modernization and environmental services under the follow-on contract from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

Parsons says it has worked with the Defense Department to facilitate buildup of U.S. armed forces in Guam and dispose bombs from World War II there.
