Lockheed Names Brian Colan Chief Accounting Officer

lockheed martinBrian Colan, vice president and controller of Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) electronic systems and missiles and fire control segments, has been appointed to the roles of VP, controller and chief accounting officer.

The company said Tuesday Colan, who will start in the new roles Aug. 18, will be responsible for the company’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxation and similar functions.

He succeeds Christopher Gregoire, who has been appointed vice president for finance and business operations at Lockheed’s mission systems and training segment.

Colan worked at British Aerospace Systems before joining Lockheed.
