Angus Cockburn, acting chief executive of power generation firm Aggreko, will join Serco Group at the end of October as chief financial officer for the U.K.-based government services contractor.
He will also join Serco’s board and succeed Andrew Jenner, who will remain as group CFO through Sept. 30, the company announced Tuesday.
Cockburn became interim Aggreko CEO in April after 14 years of service as that company’s financial chief.
He is also a non-executive director at aerospace components manufacturer GKN plc and has held leadership roles at Pringle and PepsiCo.
