Andrew Wittman, formerly chief marketing officer at CA Technologies (Nasdaq: CA), has been appointed to the same role at identity and access management software firm Okta, Recode.net reported Thursday.Arik Hesseldahl writes that Wittman spent eight years at CA Technologies, where he served as senior adviser to the CEO before he became the firm’s CMO in February 2012.
Wittman has also held marketing and communications leadership positions at Wily Technology, Citigate Cunnigham, ePropose and Fair Isaac.
San Francisco-based Okta offers technology designed to help enterprises manage passwords, user names and other types of credentials necessary for a person to access cloud applications.
