Saab Lands Army Live Training Comm Support Contract


SaabSaab Defense and Security USA has won a potential $67 million contract to provide training systems to for radio communications in live training exercises at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington and the U.S. Army Garrison in Grafenwoehr, Germany.

The company said Tuesday that the order is part of the Live Training Transformation Interim Range System contract awarded by the Army’s program executive office of simulation, training and instrumentation.

The contract covers work to manage communication network systems used in force-on-force training.
