Kimberly Admire to Lead SAIC’s Human Resources Office; Tony Moraco Comments


Kimberly AdmireKimberly Admire, formerly vice president of culture, diversity and equal opportunity programs at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), will take the chief human resources officer role at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).

She will succeed Brian Keenan, who served in that role since 2007, beginning Aug. 11, SAIC said Monday.

“Kim brings more than 20 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of the human resources discipline, which will be instrumental to our employees and customers as we continue our journey as a renewed company, ” said Tony Moraco, SAIC CEO. Moraco_Tony_small

Admire will be responsible for SAIC’s initiatives to develop and execute organizational culture, compensation and benefits, talent management, workforce planning, recruiting and employee engagement.

The 16-year Lockheed Martin veteran most recently oversaw the company’s implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies across the enterprise.

Admire is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
