CH2M Hill CEO Jacqueline Hinman to Add Chairman of the Board Title

Jacqueline Hinman, president and CEO of CH2M Hill since January, has been elected to succeed retiring Chairman Lee McIntire, the Denver Business Journal reported Monday.

Mark Harden writes that McIntire intends to retire from the board of directors as of Sept. 18.

“It has been a privilege for me to lead the board and our company through five years of growth and service to our clients around the world, and I’m confident the company will be in good hands going forward, ” McIntire said, according to the publication.

Mark Fallon, CH2M Hill president for facilities and urban environments market, has been chosen to fill the board seat that will be left vacant by McIntire’s retirement.
