CGI Subsidiary Adds Consular Affairs Bureau Visa Processing Work in 13 Countries


CGI-logoStanley Associates, a subsidiary of CGI Federal (NYSE: GIB), will process visas for the State Department’s Bureau of Consular Affairs in three regions of the world under three task orders worth up to $64 million combined.

CGI said Wednesday that the company received the orders in September of last year, as well as March and May of this year under the 10-year Global Support Strategy contract.

Each order covers work for one base year and options for up to four additional years.

The orders cover visa processing services at embassies and consulates in 13 countries based in Asia, the Caribbean and South America.

CGI Federal has been awarded 13 task orders under GSS and supports U.S. diplomatic facilities in 68 countries.

Under GSS,  CGI assists applicants that seek non-immigrant and immigrant visas through onsite support and biometrics collection.
