Stephen Van Beek, Dennis Cary Named VPs for ICF’s Aviation & Aerospace Business


ICF logo_EbizStephen Van Beek, a 25-year policy, planning, governance and finance professional — and Dennis Cary, a 20-year marketing, sales, revenue management and strategy consultant — have been named vice presidents at ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI).

The company said Thursday that Van Beek and Cary will serve as VPs in ICF’s aviation and aerospace consulting business, which works with both government and commercial clients.

Van Beek, who will be based in Fairfax, Va., has worked as executive director at LeighFisher, president and chief executive at Eno Transportation Foundation and executive VP at Airports Council International.

He has also helped develop national intermodal transportation policies as associate deputy secretary and intermodalism director at the Transportation Department.

Van Beek currently acts as a senior transport adviser to NATO and is a past member of the management advisory council member for the Federal Aviation Administration.

Cary, who will work out of ICF’s Chicago office, has served as senior VP, chief marketing and customer officer and revenue management VP at United Airlines, president of the AAdvantage program and sales and marketing managing director at American Airlines.

He has been named to Business Travel News’ “Top 25 Most Influential Travel Executives” list and most recently worked as an independent management consultant with airline clients.
