Jim McNerney: Boeing Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of 73 cents per share, according to Chairman and CEO Jim McNerney.

The company said Monday the dividend will be paid out to shareholders as of the Aug. 8 date of record.

The payment date is Sept. 5.
