Alastair MacWillson, a former global managing director for Accenture‘s (NYSE: ACN) technology consulting practice, has joined The Chertoff Group as principal.
“Alastair is a recognized industry leader and seasoned cyber expert with over 23 years of experience addressing critical issues related to technology strategy, security and risk, ” Michael Chertoff, executive chairman and co-founder of The Chertoff Group, said Monday.
MacWillson will be based in London and advise clients on asset risk management, business direction, offering development, go-to-market and brand recognition strategies.
He has worked on technology transformation and security strategy projects with several international organizations and governments.
MacWillson was the global managing partner of PwC‘s technology and risk consulting business before he joined Accenture in 2002.
At Accenture, he focused his work in areas such as risk, Â technology strategy, operational performance and management, cybersecurity and critical infrastructure.
