Flaherty, formerly an intelligence specialist for the U.S. Army, has been named VP of strategy and business development for the fire control and special operations forces contractor logistics support services business, Lockheed said Thursday.
Norton, formerly VP of U.K./Europe for Lockheed’s IS&GS global services line, has been appointed VP of strategy and business development for tactical missiles and combat maneuver systems.
Oates will move from his role as VP of Army and special operations programs within Lockheedâs Washington operations to a new role as VP of strategy and business development for the air and missile defense business.
He will succeed Orville Prins and be based in in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Oates, a 32-year Army veteran and retired, lieutenant general is a former director of the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization and former commanding general of the 10th Mountain Division.
