“Jason and I have been collaborating on this transition for the past 12 months and his new title provides clarity to our employees, vendors and customers, ” Luke Hillier, chairman of the board at ADS, said Thursday.
Wallace, a 10-year veteran of the company, led the firm’s corporate restructuring activities in his previous role.
He managed the opening of ADS’ first warehouse and the company’s first large contracts for logistics and kitting as head of operations.
Wallace also previously served as vice president of sales.
