The Rockwell Collins CETC Avionics Company is the Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based aviation technology maker’s second joint venture in China to support aircraft development programs.
CETCA Chairman Zuo Qunsheng said RCCAC will assemble the communications and navigation system for the Comac C919 aircraft.
